You can check whether the status of Tof and Camera is normal, such as trying Auto Focus and Auto Keystone Correction.

Hi Sunny, This is primarily an issue during manual zoom. I could probably take a video demonstrating the issue. Sometimes the UI will say DIGITAL ZOOM but you can hear the optical zoom moving, or other times it will day OPTICAL ZOOM but you can see the overscan from the digital zoom. This is unexpected behavior.
Closing because P1215 changes how zoom works. And I think it's fixed now.
