All Models - Show Laser Hours in the Menu

Max/Pro2/Pro/Plus2/Plus A separate timer should be added to count the number of hours that the laser is actually switched on, "Laser Hours". This should not reset when the device is factory reset. Only the up time is currently available to the end user. The uptime increases even when the projector is sleeping and the laser is not in use. The uptime can even be reset when the projector is factory reset. A great stretch goal for this feature given that the laser can be dimmed and EBL also dims the laser would be to provide a second timer called "Equivalent Max Laser Hours". This would account for someone running at a lower laser level and the dimming of EBL which both produce less wear and tear on the half life of the lasers.

It sounds like there may be something like this in the service menu according to the Hisense models. Please expose this for users to see as well!
