The fan noise issue has already been addressed in the May update on the Plus2. The fix for Pro2 is supposedly being worked on.

Pro2 not sure whether there is a problem or not. It's just opened the menu for monitoring. The specific optimization still needs to be adjusted according to the actual situation.

I think the fan curve needs some optimization. It looks like the base fan speed is 1400-1500rpm and it ramps up above 45c. Above 45c it constantly ramps up and down from 1400-1900rpm instead of staying at a more constant speed to maintain temperatures. Could you please specify which projector model you are talking about :)
This was addressed in update P1215. Some users are still reporting loud fan noise but I think that the frequent modulation of the fan has been addressed which is what this submission is about so I am going to mark this one as complete.
